Who Are We?

Strategic Sites forms part of a wider international group that includes the 700 acre Wynyard Park in the Tees Valley, England  - already a superb business location and, in the near future, a major new medical facility that will help keep people alive and well - and a host of other pioneering developments throughout Europe and Asia.

As a subsidiary of Wynyard Park Ltd we have blue-chip financial backing, with equity and other investment by our shareholders - Helios Properties plc and J C Musgrave Ltd - and a secured loan facility with the Lloyds Group.  We also have close relationships with other UK banks and investors.

We own 50% of a joint venture company - UK Strategic Partnership Ltd - created in partnership with UK Coal Plc, one of the country's largest property owners.

Aim

Our aim is to establish Strategic Sites as a brand that is synonymous with high standards.

High standards in terms of location, facilities, design, construction and environmental performance.  And, of-course, customer service.
