Environment
We aim to provide not only high quality buildings, but also high quality places.
That includes the spaces between our buildings, be they car parking areas, landscaping or communal meeting areas. All receive our close attention, both in terms of design and construction but also maintenance.
Investment in the environment makes all of us feel better, but it's also good economic sense. Well-maintained buildings and spaces often hold their value better and are likely to increase in value over time.
We also care about our impact on the global environment. All our developments aim to minimise their negative impact by being energy efficient and by using sustainable materials where possible.
That’s good for the environment, good for our occupiers and good for the future generations.
