Partnership runs through our veins - everything we do is undertaken with a major organisation from either the public or private sector

One of our innovative and exciting projects is the Advanced Manufacturing Park, near Sheffield, a joint venture with UK Coal Plc.

The 100 acre Park features world-class organisations such as the University of Sheffield, Boeing and Rolls Royce plus a host of SMEs, all working collaboratively at the cutting edge of technology, bringing new wealth to the region and fantastic, high quality job opportunities.

We also develop major urban regeneration projects in key town and city centres. The Waterfront Quarter, Huddersfield  is to be the new location for Kirklees College as well as new offices, public square, housing, river & canal improvements, community facilities and leisure. A truly 21st century live, work, learn and play experience being developed by Strategic Sites in partnership with Kirklees Council and Yorkshire Forward. So far, we have let the construction contract for the college and are undertaking detailed design work to implement other aspects of the project in 2011.

At Wynyard Park, Tees Valley we are playing an active role in the development of 700 acres of mixed-use space, including hi-tech factories, offices, conference facilities, childcare, homes, restaurants and - in the near future - a £300m "super" hospital. Previously partly occupied by Samsung, the site is now home to over 60 companies employing three times the number of people made redundant when Samsung closed its plant in 2005.

As well as developing in our own right, we also pass on the benefit of our experience by acting as development and project managers for organisations and companies in the public and private sectors.
