Our mixed-use sites are carefully selected so that they meet the needs of our clients AND set the tone for future development in the area. We are keen to promote sustainable development by developing projects that will last for generations to come, rather than making a quick profit.

We develop anything from 2 acres to 700 acres provided they are of a high standard, or can be improved by us to achieve our standard.

We also look for sites that have good support services in the nearby area, such as shops, restaurants, meetings venues, childcare etc, or sites that are large enough for facilities to be provided on-site.
