Location & Facilities

To be a “Strategic Site” our locations must satisfy very strict criteria.

Amongst other things they must be the best available sites in the area in terms of accessibility, be high profile and, in respect of employment sites, offer companies the right image for their businesses.

Our mixed-use sites are carefully selected so that they meet the needs of our clients AND set the tone for future development in the area. We are keen to promote sustainable development by developing projects that will last for generations to come, rather than making a quick profit.

We develop anything from 2 acres (in town centres) to 700 acres provided they are of a high standard, or can be improved by us to achieve our standard.

We also look for sites that have good support services in the nearby area, such as shops, restaurants, meetings venues, childcare etc, or sites that are large enough for facilities to be provided on-site.

We are creating a lifestyle that everyone can enjoy and thrive in.
