Location & Facilities
To be a “Strategic Site” our locations must satisfy very strict criteria.
Amongst other things they must be the best available sites in the
area in terms of accessibility, be high profile and offer companies the
right image for their businesses.
We develop anything from 2 acres to 200 acres provided they are of a high standard, or can be improved by us to achieve our standard.
We also look for sites that have good support services in the
nearby area, such as shops, restaurants, conference rooms, childcare
etc, or sites that are large enough for facilities to be provided
on-site.
