Huge Interest at Evolution

Evolution offers 16 suites, ranging from 1,235 sq ft to 4,380 sq ft, with a high quality design and dedicated car parking. Attention has also been given to the internal specification which includes raised access floors in the office areas and high quality fittings in the washroom areas.

Managing Director Paul Barber reports that over 80% of the suites are already reserved. “Companies and investors have been really impressed by the quality of the offices, their location next to the A19 and the whole ambience of Wynyard Park” he said.

Due to the success of Evolution, plans are being finalised for further offices to be developed, with completion expected in 2008. In response to other companies expressing a desire to lease or buy industrial units at Wynyard Park, Strategic Sites is also designing a factory/warehouse scheme on another part of the Park which will also be ready next year.
