Strategic Sites has brought a rare investment opportunity to the market.
Evolution is the recently-completed office scheme on the prestigious Wynyard Park development just off the A19 in the Tees Valley. Featuring over 20 suites and offering space from 1,235 sq ft to 15,210 sq ft, the scheme offers high quality offices with an array of on-site support services.
