Managing Director, Paul Barber, was speaking at a meeting of key stakeholders including representatives from SWRDA, South Hams District Council, Plymouth City Council, Devon County Council and the Highways Agency.

Strategic Sites is providing development advice to landowner, Langage Energy Park Ltd, and has devised plans for an initial scheme of business units.  These include a 30,000 sq ft managed hi-tech business centre, offering small companies units from 700 sq ft, and “move-on” space of up to 20,000 sq ft.  Larger units can be provided to order.

Discussions are taking place with the landowner and local authority, with a view to starting construction in late Spring 2007.
