Magna Scheme is a Mega Success

Despite the current difficulties in the national economy, Strategic Sites has attracted eight expanding companies to its development adjacent to the Magna Science Adventure Centre in Rotherham.

This success means that the development is now fully occupied.

Chief Executive Paul Barber is thrilled at the news. "Our formula of high specification property in first class locations has again paid dividends", he said. "With enquiry levels at the nearby Advanced Manufacturing Park also at record levels, there are definitely signs of an upturn in the South Yorkshire economy."

Strategic Sites' original site purchase enabled the Magna Centre to invest in new visitor attractions and the subsequent development scheme was undertaken with help from the European Regional Development Fund.
