New £8m Offices for Haydock
Strategic Sites has submitted a detailed planning application to St Helens Council for an exciting range of new office buildings at Haydock, Merseyside.
The scheme enjoys a superb location, just off the A580 East-Lancs road
that connects Manchester and Liverpool, and only one mile from junction
23 of the M6 motorway.
Some 30 office suites are proposed, ranging from 900 sq ft to 6,000 sq
ft, with on-site car parking and public transport stops. Great
attention to detail has been given to the design of the scheme, both
in terms of the internal layout and external elevations and finishes.
Subject to receipt of planning permission, the scheme should start
construction in early 2007, with completion 12 months later. Suites
will be available for rent or for sale.
