Occupiers Fired Up by Ignite @ Magna

The final phase of Strategic Sites’ Ignite @ Magna has now completed, with just 15,000 sq ft of the 95,000 sq ft development remaining available. Six of the eight units within the development have now been sold or leased

A range of local occupiers have taken space within the development, proving that there is still demand for high quality expansion space within the region.  Local design company, Bluetree Design & Print has taken 10,000 sq ft, while medical manufacturer Cosmis Orthopedics has taken 15,000 sq ft and electrical storage manufacturer, ETA Enclosures, has taken a 20,000 sq ft unit.

Anuj Joshi, managing director of Strategic Sites, comments: “The strength of demand for space within this scheme demonstrates that there is still occupier activity out there for the right product.  There are plenty of expansive manufacturing companies in the region and this recent string of deals proves that they are willing to commit to high quality space that supports their growth ambitions.”

The development, which is located near the M1 and adjacent to the Magna Science Adventure Centre, comprises eight units ranging in size from 5,000 sq ft to 25,000 sq ft.

The remaining space with the development is available on flexible terms, for sale or lease, and the agents are Knight Frank Sheffield (0114 272 9750).
