Strategic Sites to open new Yorkshire office

Strategic Sites has announced plans to open a prestigious new office in Leeds City Centre.

UK property and investment company Strategic Sites is shortly to open a new office in Leeds City Centre. This replaces its current office in Wetherby and complements its presence at Wynyard Park in the North East.

Chief Executive Paul Barber said "By taking a new office in the centre of Leeds we are demonstrating our commitment to delivering more urban regeneration and other high profile schemes in Yorkshire and the Midlands."

Strategic Sites is currently spearheading the regeneration of a 6 acre site in Huddersfield town centre, anchored by a major new £73m Further Education College, and is developing the Advanced Manufacturing Park in South Yorkshire in partnership with UK Coal and Yorkshire Forward.
